  • The nutritional value of fruits and vegetables has decreased to the point that the government has had to increase the RDA from 5 to 8 servings/day to 9 to 18 servings/day. 
  • For many children French Fries are the only “vegetable” they eat!
  • If they use ketchup, they add a second vegetable!
